Rare 1925 Omega Cushion Mens Watch - .925 Sterling Silver

$1,145.00

Up for sale is an exceptional piece of horological history: a 1925 Omega Cushion-Case Wristwatch in solid .925 Sterling Silver. This watch hails from the definitive Art Deco era, the same year Omega won the Grand Prix in Paris. Unlike standard military trench watches, this timepiece features a high-grade "Adjusted" movement, marking it as a premium precision instrument for its time.

The Movement (Caliber 26.5 SOB): This manual-wind caliber is widely respected for its durability and was a cornerstone of Omega's early 20th-century success. The movement is explicitly marked "Adjusted to Two Positions." This indicates it was hand-tuned at the factory for superior accuracy regardless of the watch's orientation.

Solid Sterling Silver: The case [33mm x 26mm lug to lug] is crafted from .925 Sterling Silver, a high-purity standard often reserved for premium export models. It features the iconic cushion-shaped profile that was highly popular in the mid-1920s.

This watch is in Good vintage condition. The case shows only minor hairline scratches typical of a 101-year-old watch.

Watch dial and crystal have minor surface scratches and in overall good condition.

The movement is currently running and holding time but movement service history is unknown, however, long-term accuracy cannot be guaranteed. As with all vintage watches, the water resistance is not guaranteed. Note: As with all vintage mechanical watches, a professional service is recommended for daily use and to ensure long-term accuracy.

Case & Dial: The sterling silver case retains a beautiful vintage patina and is clearly hallmarked on the interior case back.
